Local Chefs Create an Amazing Experience at 2017 Swank Table Event

More than 200 people came together at Swank Farm in Loxahatchee Groves, Florida, for an al fresco farm-to-table dining event in support of Girls II Women on April 23. This Swank Table event, themed “The Three Little Red Wattle Pigs,” featured an amazing multi-course meal created by celebrated local chefs using fresh ingredients picked from the farm just hours before. Chefs included:

  • Adam Brown, The Cooper
  • Pablo Zitzman, Trust & Company
  • Nicole Votano, DIRT
  • Michael Fiorella, Howard Wein Hospitality
  • Andres Barrientos and James Bower, Miami Smokers

Mixologist Jeremy Brantley of City Tap and sommelier Mariya Kovacheva of Pernod Ricard complemented the meal with extraordinary beverages.

Guests who purchased special Girls II Women VIP ticket packages enjoyed more than a culinary adventure and tour of the farm; they received swag bags with gifts from sponsors including The Cooper, Raw Juce, Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson Booksellers and Tarra Enterprises. Photo opportunities with the chefs, along with the chance to relax and enjoy great conversation in the fresh air, rounded out this delicious evening, which raised funds for upcoming educational outings for the teens served by Girls II Women.

A warm thank you to everyone who participated in this exceptional evening!
